Learn to Dive

Street Sub Aqua Club is proud to offer great knowledge and expertise from the many instructors who are part of

the club. This allows us to deliver a safe, exciting and enjoyable training program.  

The entry level training normally runs from November to April and is split into practical pool sessions, theory

lessons, and finally, training in open water. Training is carried out at a pace suited to our students, so you won’t

feel pressurised

Street Sub Aqua Club is a branch of the British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC) and therefore ensures that all diving and

training is carried out in accordance with the BSAC requirements and safe diving practices.

 

All equipment needed for training is supplied, but if you have a set of fins and a mask which you are comfortable

with and prefer to use, then feel free to bring them along. The only other things you will need are a swimsuit

and a T-shirt.

 

Once you have qualified as an 'Ocean Diver' you can further develop your skills by moving on to the next grade

and/or taking one of the many Skill Development Courses (SDC's) offered either by the club or within the region.
