Huge congratulations to Richard for completing his Sports Diver course today at Vobster Quay, and doing it in style while taking part in the Vobster Santas event.
Richard wrapped up the final elements of his Sports Diver training during what was a lively and festive day at the quarry. Vobster Santas always adds a bit of extra fun to the diving calendar, with plenty of divers in Santa hats, festive accessories and generally good spirits both in and out of the water. It made for a memorable backdrop to finish a major milestone in his diving journey.
Completing Sports Diver is a big step, building on core skills and opening the door to deeper dives, more advanced techniques and greater involvement in club diving. Richard put in a lot of effort to get to this point, and it was great to see him sign off his course while enjoying such a well organised and social event.
Well done to Richard for the hard work and commitment, and thanks to everyone who helped support his training along the way. A brilliant way to finish the year and a great achievement to celebrate.
